Living at Market Square Lofts Condo has many benefits to offer residents. Due to its smaller size (84 units), it is like the neighborhood, tightly-woven and feels like a small, family-oriented building.

It is located just blocks away from the loop. Many people walk to work, the theater, restaurants, shopping and the main Chicago library. Bus number 145 stops right in front of the building. The Blue line, which goes to O'Hare Airport, is 3 blocks away. It is a 15-minute walk to the Amtrak station and depending on which Metra train you take, it is only a 5 to 20 minute walk.

Market Square Lofts Condo is home to a wonderful mix of people with a diverse background. Some people have lived here since the building was first converted in the 1990's and some are new. There are singles, couples and families with children who live in the building. It is a pet-friendly building, so many residents have dogs and/or cats.
