Door Station
Our Door Station is staffed from 7:00 AM until 11:00 PM 7 days a week. To contact the Door Station directly during staffed hours please call 312-663-5246.
Community Room
The Community Room is located on the South/East corner of the building, off the service entrance. Most Board of Directors meetings will be held in this room.
Party Room & Roof Top Deck
A Party Room and Roof Top Deck are available for residents to reserve and use for parties and gatherings. It can be accessed from the stairwell leading up from the 12th floor. For more guidelines please see the Rules & Regulations.
Pressbox Dry Cleaning Service
Life is about to get a little bit easier! Market Square Lofts has an in-building, 24/7 dry cleaner, laundry, and shoe care service in the second floor freight elevator vestibule.
Pressbox’s cleaning partners also service the Ritz (they use a safer alternative solvent too), typical turnaround is 2 days, and pricing is set to corner-store prices (eg, $2.17 per shirt)
On your first order, just bring your phone and dirty clothes downstairs. Follow the sign up instructions on the locker, and you’ll receive a re-usable bag with your first order to make the process easier for future orders!

Trash Removal
Each residential floor has a garbage chute to be used for regular disposal of bagged garbage. For boxes or larger items, please bring them directly to 1st floor east garage trash bins. Please contact the Door Station if you need assistance.
Market Square Lofts Condo Recycles!
Recycling bins are located in the 1st floor east garage. The following items can be directly placed into the recycling bins: magazines, office paper, brown bags, newspaper, plastic bottles, junk mail, phone books, paper, glass bottles & jars, steel cans, empty aerosol cans, aluminum cans, aluminum foil and pie tins.
Please do not throw plastic bags, plastic tubs, or any garbage into recycling bins.
